The V2 Seatpost Block has been configured to allow for conventional mounting to a Seatpost OR to a horizontal frame member, such as the bar at the back of a moped style E Bike seat. This block with replacement bolts is all you need to upgrade your existing Shortboard Rack to the new V2 design.
This new hardware is particularly useful on Super73 bikes or other similar E Bikes that lack a seat post but have a metal frame member to clamp to behind the seat.
